BISE Forum (Building Integration through Specific Exchanges)
In the period from 26 to 28 October, 2005 in Sofija annual meeting of energy efficiency national networks was held. There were representatives of 27 European countries. The meeting was organised by European Commission DG TREN, French Ministry for Foreign Affairs, ADEME, EnergieCite and EnEffect. Two members of MACEF and two representatives from Macedonian local self governments were present;

Tirana 6 – 7.12.2005 Integrated Energy Management in South East Europe
The forum was held in organization of European Commission (EC) and Economic Chamber of Luxemburg–Belgium-South East Europe. Exhibitors were representatives from ministry of energetic of Albania , Serbia , Macedonia , Bosnia and representatives of energy agencies from Belgium , Britain , Netherlands , France and Germany . MACEF was invited to present experiences from Macedonia .

4 th annual meeting of environmental NGO's from Republic of Macedonia, Ohrid, 4-6.11.2005
In organization of Mileucontact and Biosfera workshop named: “Sustainability of Macedonian Environmentalism” was organized.
On this meeting MACEF organized workshop named:”Energy Efficiency=environment Protection=road to Europe ”. Major part of the participants were detail introduced with the fact that energy efficiency is one of the most optimal and probably most efficient measures for Environment protection.

Agreement for Energy Community
The assembly named: “Agreement for Energy Community and expected environment and social influence in Republic of Macedonia ”, was held on 09-10.12.2005 in Bitola with cooperation of Fredric Ebert Foundation and Parliament of Republic of Macedonia. One MACEF representative attended this event.

1-22 October the president of MACEF was invited to participate in the conference “Energy Reform And The Social Safety Net Regional Conference On Alternatives To Easing The Transition” in Sofia, Bulgaria .
